V.90 Service Notes: ClevelandNet dial-in access numbers support the V.90 ITU protocol for V.90 56K modems. This allows connect speeds up to the FCC maximum of 53K on most dial-in access numbers. Please note that 56K as a speed is not guaranteed. V.90 56k access is not available in all service areas.

Usage and Internet Access: Prices are based on standard usage and features as explained for each service. ClevelandNet is not responsible for any local or  long distance charges incurred when using our service to access the Internet. It is the customer's responsibility to check with their local carrier.

Web Site Hosting: Web sites  are hosted on Linux or Windows NT servers and are backed up daily. ClevelandNet will send e-mail notifications of any scheduled maintenance or downtime that may be required for system maintenance and software updates. New domain registration and setup on ClevelandNet's servers are subject to a setup fee of $100. The Network Solutions fee for the new domain ($70) is NOT included in the $100 charge.

Billing Information: Dial-up accounts are subject to a nonrefundable $10 setup fee. All accounts are billed automatically on the 1st or 15th of every month; whichever date is closest to the sign-up date.  Payment will be accepted via credit card on a month-to-month basis.  Cash and check payments will be accepted for six month increments only. 

Account Cancellation: To discontinue service, you may call our office at 440-585-7013 or send a disconnect notice E-mail to billing@clevelandnet.net. ClevelandNet retains the right to discontinue service to any customer for any reason including, but not limited to, sending spam-email advertisements across the Internet, or displaying  pornographic or other objectionable material.
